1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "bk33", "we", "platform" or "service" refers to bk33's online betting and casino service, operated through the domain https://bk33login.cam. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bk33 and the user. By accessing the platform or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

bk33 may initiate an identity verification process at any time. Submitting the required documents (national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents) is mandatory for this process. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad and Rocket are accepted for deposits on bk33. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. After a successful deposit, the balance is usually credited promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same three methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket — may be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After submitting a request, funds are generally transferred within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring

bk33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual transactions. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held. If a transaction is found to have been made for fraudulent purposes, the associated account will be closed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 wagering requirement).

5.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be received only once per account.
• If the same person attempts to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Winnings from a bonus may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• bk33 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5.3 VIP Cashback

bk33's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is provided each week based on net losses (total losses minus total winnings). The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze level, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. For example, if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. bk33 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any sports event or game. The odds displayed at the time of betting are final. If incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, bk33 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, basketball and other sports is governed by the applicable rules. If a match is abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, bk33 will determine the outcome of the bet in accordance with the relevant policy.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The results of all slot and live casino games are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or through a live dealer. RTP and payout information for each game is stated in the game description. If a round is left incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be resolved through the support team.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Betting through fraud, bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to access or damage another user's account without authorisation.
• Attempting to undermine the platform's security or technical systems.
• Completing transactions using a third-party mobile wallet.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bk33

bk33 may suspend or close any account without prior notice due to a breach of rules, suspicious activity or security-related reasons. Withdrawals may be held while an account is under investigation.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, you may contact the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to the applicable terms.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
